Fellowships at the KHC

Each semester, the Kupferberg Holocaust Center offers three unique fellowship opportunities for QCC students. In the past, the topics revolved around the Holocaust, Hate Crimes, and Asian Social Justice. The KHC would like to announce the fellowship programs being offered in the Spring 2018 semester, allowing student to gain not only knowledge about various topics but leadership skills. Upon completion of the program, the student will receive a stipend and will become eligible to apply for the opportunity to participate in an advanced leadership institute.

KHC/CERRU Undoing Bias Fellowship

The Undoing Bias fellowship seeks to introduce students to the systems of bias that have historically separated and divided people and produced inequality. Students will learn how to confront the challenges of a diverse world while gaining more self-awareness to undo personal bias through shared language and understanding of inequality. KHC/CERRU Fellows enter a semester-long program in which they learn how to engage diversity using dialogue. Please be mindful that a supplemental application must be submitted in addition to other requested materials.
